Without prejudice to Future’s other rights under these terms and conditions, if you breach these terms and conditions in any way, Futures may take such action as Futures deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the Website, prohibiting you from accessing the Website, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Website, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access to the Website and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

Assignment

You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in San Diego, California. A printed version of these Terms of Use will be admissible in judicial and administrative proceedings based upon or relating to these Terms of Use to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
